Encouraging verses about Eternal Security

Eternal security is a highly debated doctrine in a lot of places, but it won't be on this blog.  I believe the Bible clearly teaches that once someone is saved, they cannot lose their salvation.  Christians can lose their fellowship, untold blessings, and even their earthly life if they choose to continue a life of sin after they're saved, but they won't lose their salvation.  Does that provide a licence to sin? God forbid (Romans 6).  Our salvation should provide all the motivation we need to live for Christ.

If you're not saved, you need to receive Jesus Christ as your Saviour according to John 1:12.  Please don't put it off (2 Cor 6:2).
Jude 1:22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:
Jude 1:23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
